We decided to start this company because we had a lot of experience in the floral market in various countries and noticed one common feature. Floral companies cared about sales and being extremely price competitive in order to increase sales. While there is nothing wrong with this in a capitalist society, we believe they are missing the whole point of flowers...the message. What does your message say when it's two days late and the flowers are wilted? Obviously not what you intended it to say.

Floray is dedicated to providing the best service and flowers and keeping our customers so that we don't need to acquire new ones when old ones aren't satisfied. We will not be the lowest priced company because quality and reassurance comes at a small price, however, you can be sure your flowers will be delivered on time and the quality will be excellent or we will find a way to make it up to you. We will keep our promise even if we need to buy a billboard and place it outside the person's home saying. "Honey, I am sorry the flowers were late. The purpose of our company and business model is the same as the purpose of our flowers...to form and strengthen relationships. So the next time you save $10 on your flowers by ordering elsewhere and something goes wrong you can come back to us and make sure everything is properly done the next time. We won't hold a grudge for you trying other companies because we know our customers are loyal and will be back.

If we had to have a mission statement (and we do), it would be to strengthen relationships with our customers as we help them do it with the important people in their lives.
