We pride ourselves on the quality and appearance of all our floral deliveries. On rare occasions flowers may arrive at the desired destination in a damaged state or even fail to arrive due to circumstances beyond our control. If the recipient receives damaged flowers, please contact us right away so that we can help you out in one of two ways:
* provide a re-send on the next available delivery date; or
* provide a full or partial refund (refund amount depends on the issue at hand)
Unfortunately we will not do both a refund and resend. If the flowers have been damaged, we ask that you send a picture that clearly shows the problem to satisfyme@florayflowers.co.uk. This procedure will assist us in our ongoing quest to provide the best service possible to our clients. It is important that we are contacted as soon as possible regarding such issues. We need to be informed of any issues within 2 days of the delivery date to rectify the issue in an effective manner.
If you added a vase or a box of chocolates and they did not arrive with your arrangement we will fully refund the item.
